How do I wash the blanket?

Machine wash with cold water. Do not soak or bleach. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.

How do I fit the blanket back in the drawstring bag?

Fold the blanket in half lengthwise. And then fold that in half lengthwise again (it should be a long skinny blanket). Then roll it up tightly. 

What are the loops and buckle on the side of the blanket for?

You can wear the blanket like a poncho or cape!
